Thibaut Houssel<\/a><\/strong> practices corporate law, primarily in connection with acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings of domestic and cross-border companies. He also represents clients before state courts, particularly in disputes involving distribution agreements and the termination of commercial relationships. <\/p>\n

In addition to taking both a legal and economic approach to dispute resolution, he has developed expertise in investigative techniques and combating acts of unfair competition and industrial espionage. <\/p>\n
