des Activit\u00e9s Economiques, as well as the new contribution to be paid by the plaintiff while introducing a legal action at the \u201cTribunal aux Activit\u00e9s Economiques\u201d.<\/p><p>Since 1st January 2025, 12 French commercial courts have become Tribunaux des Activit\u00e9s Economiques (TAE), with jurisdiction over all preventive and insolvency proceedings, safe those involving regulated legal professions.<\/p><p>This pilot program is accompanied by the introduction of a fee for economic justice, paid by the plaintiff upon filing the case with the
