She joins Sabine Leuschner, who has been a tax partner at the firm since 2023. <\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With more than 15 years of experience in French and international estate tax law, <a href=\"https:\/\/bmhavocats.com\/equipe\/aurore-trouillet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Aurore Trouillet<\/strong><\/a> provides both advisory and litigation services. She has recognized expertise in real estate, estate planning, corporate restructuring, and tax litigation. Aurore Trouillet advises a client base comprising companies, <em>family offices<\/em>, nonprofit organizations, and private clients in the family business, wine industry, and startup sectors. Bilingual in German, she also advises German entrepreneurs with personal or professional investments in France, or in connection with cross-border transactions.   <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #092b63;\"><strong>Aurore Trouillet<\/strong><\/span> is accompanied by<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/bmhavocats.com\/equipe\/adrian-varoquier\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Adrian Varoquier<\/a><\/strong>, an associate specializing in wealth and international taxation. They are joining the tax department at <strong>BMH<\/strong> <strong>AVOCATS<\/strong>, which was previously led by Sabine Leuschner, who specializes in transactional tax matters and cross-border structuring, particularly for investment funds (private equity, real estate, debt, renewable energy, etc.), with dual qualifications in both jurisdictions as an Avocat \u00e0 la Cour (France) and an Anwalt \/ Steuerberater (Germany).
