Aymeric Le Goff
Biographie :

Specializing in Franco-German law, Aymeric le Goff joined BMHAVOCATS in 2014 to provide support to French companies and foreign, particularly German-speaking, groups in their development and the management of their labor-related issues. Aymeric Le Goff also advises investors of all nationalities, particularly American and Chinese, on their establishment in France as well as on their acquisition and restructuring projects.

As a partner in the Labor Law department, he provides support to clients on all aspects of labor law (employee transfers, organization of working time, work-related risks, relations with employee representative bodies, dismissals and more), and he defends their interests before French labor and social security law courts (particularly litigation regarding employee unfitness or URSSAF adjustments of payroll taxes).

Aymeric Le Goff is a member of the Association of German Lawyers in France (AAF – DAV Deutscher Anwaltverein) and of the German law center of the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is also Vice-President of the legal commission of the Franco-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CFACI). These activities attest to his expertise and long-term commitment to Franco-German relations.
