Catherine Nelken has been a partner in our law firm since 2000. She is renowned for her experience in counsel and litigation for the mass retail sector as well as in the field of life sciences.
She works closely with international mass retailers at every stage of their establishment and development in the French market: negotiation of lease contracts for operating sites (shopping centers, retails parks) or logistics, intervention with supervisory authorities, advice on the rules for the advertising and promotion of products and follow-up of commercial relations with suppliers.
In addition, she provides support to all economic stakeholders in the field of healthcare in their relations and the resolution of their conflicts (pharmaceutical laboratories, medical device manufacturers, healthcare centers, subcontractors, physicians).
A member of the Paris Bar since 1989, she began her career at a young age in a real estate law firm, later to join the Funck-Brentano et Associés firm where she became partner before joining BMHAVOCATS.
She is a violinist with the Orchestre du Palais. Her finest qualities are her listening skills and her subtlety.
