Job Description
The intern will be part of a dynamic and supportive team and will have the opportunity to work directly with all of the team’s attorneys on a variety of issues for French and international clients, in both advisory and litigation matters.
The individual’s responsibilities will include: legal research and monitoring; conducting legal analyses; drafting legal opinions, legal memos, memoranda, and contractual documents; drafting pleadings (summonses, briefs); assisting at court hearings; and preparing for and assisting with meetings regarding litigation strategy, alternative dispute resolution, and contract negotiations.
Desired Qualifications
- Holds (or is in the process of obtaining) a Master 2 degree in international business law and/or is a law student
- Meticulous, dynamic, committed, and possessing strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; German is a plus
- Proficiency in legal research tools
- Ability to integrate into a multicultural environment
Compensation based on the candidate’s profile.
