He also represents clients before state courts, particularly in disputes involving distribution agreements and the termination of commercial relationships.
Stéphane Dassonville provides advisory and litigation services in the areas of intellectual property (copyright, trademarks, designs, patents, and know-how) and IT to both publicly traded international companies and small and medium-sized enterprises. In addition to taking both a legal and economic approach to dispute resolution, he has developed expertise in investigative techniques and combating acts of unfair competition and industrial espionage.
