The law firm BMHAVOCATSadvised Terre et Lac, a Lyon-based company specializing in the design, financing, construction, and operation of solar and wind power plants, during the formation of the Oxyane Solaire consortium.
The Oxyane Solaire consortium, formed through a partnership between Terre et Lac and the Oxyane Group, is designed to support their projects as well as those of farmers who are members of the Groupe Oxyane cooperative and wish to get involved in solar energy production.
The goal is to offer Oxyane Group members the opportunity to pool investments and profits through an innovative model of “turnkey” solar power plants that will generate long-term returns for their operations.
