Job Description
The intern will work with the team Wealth taxationteam, which provides advisory services to French and foreign individuals whose projects are subject to French tax implications. This also includes pre-litigation and litigation work to represent the firm’s clients in dealings with the tax authorities.
The intern’s responsibilities will include conducting research in business law and tax law, drafting memoranda, drafting correspondence to clients and the tax authorities, and drafting legal documents.
Desired Qualifications
- Holder of (or currently pursuing) a Master’s 2 degree in taxation, a DJCE, and/or a law student
- Meticulous, dynamic, committed, and possessing strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in legal research tools (proficiency in tax filing software is a plus)
- Ability to integrate into a multicultural environment
