TRAINING – 1 day to create your Social and Economic Committee “CSE”

The Social and Economic Committee “CSE” is the only elected personnel-representative body to implement, at the latest, by December 31st, 2019..

In order to guarantee a productive social dialog, it is important to manage the rules applicable to each organization and its functioning.

The law offers numerous possibilities to create a “tailor-made” body through a collective agreement negotiated with Trade Union Delegates, an agreement concluded with CSE members and/or through Rules and Regulations.

As we review the rules applicable to the organization and functioning of the CSE, together, we will build outlines for collective agreements and for Rules and Regulations that you will be able to adapt in order to create an “à la carte” institution.

Contenu: 1 day (2 x 3,5 hours), Tuesday, June 25th, 2019 or Tuesday, July 9th, 2019
