BMH AVOCATS is expanding its expertise in estate and inheritance tax with the arrival of Aurore Trouillet as a partner. She joins Sabine Leuschner, who has been a tax partner at the firm since 2023.
With more than 15 years of experience in French and international estate tax law, Aurore Trouillet provides both advisory and litigation services. She has recognized expertise in real estate, estate planning, corporate restructuring, and tax litigation. Aurore Trouillet advises a client base comprising companies, family offices, nonprofit organizations, and private clients in the family business, wine industry, and startup sectors. Bilingual in German, she also advises German entrepreneurs with personal or professional investments in France, or in connection with cross-border transactions.
Aurore Trouillet is accompanied by Adrian Varoquier, an associate specializing in wealth and international taxation. They are joining the tax department at BMH AVOCATS, which was previously led by Sabine Leuschner, who specializes in transactional tax matters and cross-border structuring, particularly for investment funds (private equity, real estate, debt, renewable energy, etc.), with dual qualifications in both jurisdictions as an Avocat à la Cour (France) and an Anwalt / Steuerberater (Germany). The tax department now has two partners.
