Anouk Darget-Felgen, energy law partner at BMHAvocats, has been re-elected for a 3-year term to the Steering Committee of the Franco-German Office for Energy Transition (OFATE) on 8 November 2022. This is her third term.
The Franco-German Office for Energy Transition is a platform for the exchange of information and experience between France and Germany. Its mission is to promote the energy transition by organising the transfer of knowledge and the networking of French and German actors. It deals with topics of common interest relating to renewable energies in the electricity and heat sector, energy efficiency and the integration of new technologies into the system.
